1. Orders

By placing an order on our website, you agree to purchase the products you have selected in accordance with these General Conditions of Sale (hereafter GCS).

SwissDream offers its products for sale on the website within the limits of available stocks.

2. Order Confirmation

Orders placed on our website do not constitute a binding contract until written confirmation has been received from SwissDream. This confirmation may be issued electronically or on paper and must be transmitted by standard communication means.

SwissDream reserves the right to refuse any order, particularly in cases of unpaid invoices or insolvency. The data recorded by SwissDream constitutes irrefutable proof of the order or transaction. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes irrefutable proof of financial transactions.

Orders made via prepayment must be paid within 30 days from the date of ordering. If payment is not made within the stipulated time frame, the order will be canceled and removed from our system.

3. Prices

All prices are listed per item and are in Swiss Francs (CHF), VAT included. Prices may be modified at any time, without prior notice, including during promotional or limited-time offers.

4. Payment Methods

SwissDream customers can pay for their orders using the following payment methods:

  • Twint
  • PostFinance Postcard
  • Credit cards (Mastercard, Visa)

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made by the Swiss postal service.

Delivery charges:

  • CHF 10.- for standard shipping
  • Free delivery for orders over CHF 50.-

Delivery times: Deliveries are valid for Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Delivery times are 4 business days.

6. Delivery Address and Billing Address

All orders confirmed by SwissDream will be delivered to the address provided at the time of the order. The delivery address can differ from the billing address. These details can be modified at any time in your account or during the order process.

7. Verification of Goods

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods upon receipt. If the goods are damaged or the quantities delivered do not match the order, the customer must report it and file a claim with the carrier (Swiss Post) and inform SwissDream within 7 days of delivery. SwissDream will replace the missing or damaged goods with identical items.

8. Returns

You may return goods that do not meet your satisfaction within 14 days of receiving the order. SwissDream only accepts returns of goods in good condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the invoice.

When returns are made in accordance with the prescribed process, SwissDream will refund the price of the returned goods, including shipping charges, within a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Quality Guarantee

SwissDream guarantees the quality of its products. In case of defect or non-conformity, SwissDream will replace the defective product free of charge. Complaints should be sent to:

11. Applicable Law

These GCS and all purchase operations are governed by Swiss law.

12. Limitation of Liability

SwissDream makes every effort to ensure quality and timely service. However, SwissDream cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of ordered items or delays caused by the Swiss postal service, our logistics partner.

SwissDream also declines any responsibility for direct or indirect damages that may arise from access to or use of the website by the customer, or for any issues related to the installation of software for consulting the website. SwissDream is not responsible for communication interruptions, transmission errors, or other technical problems.

13. Data Protection

SwissDream is committed to protecting your personal data. Your information is used solely to process your orders, improve our services, or inform you about website developments. You may at any time exercise your right to access, rectify, or oppose your data by contacting us.

14. Force Majeure

SwissDream cannot be held liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond its control (such as strikes, wars, natural disasters, etc.). In such cases, SwissDream will fulfill its obligations as soon as possible and reserves the right to fairly distribute remaining stock among customers.
